Rent our cottage for a summer

for a fee of $11,000.00

*COTTAGE: 2 bedroom with Florida room and pull-out sofa, in addition to queen size sofa ($200.00 non-refundable deposit per week required to reserve. Entire rental fee must be paid in full in addition to deposit 30 days prior to arrival)
Cottage is fully equipped with new shower, flush toilet, TV, DVD, coffee-maker & microwave.
Clean and modern decor.
Linen and pillows are not supplied.
Cottage: 2Bedroom with Florida room and pull-out sofa. Main bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a twin/double bunk bed. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. Separate kitchen has a new fridge and stove, microwave, Keurig, coffeemaker (filters supplied) TV and DVD. Flush toilet, shower and sink. Electric heat throughout. Fire pit, picnic table and BBQ.
You must supply your own pillows and linens.

PLEASE NOTE:
- No pets and no smoking permitted in the cottage.
- Linen and pillows are not supplied.
- $50 cleaning fee will be applied
- 13% HST will be added to all of the above rates.
- ALL RATES QUOTED IN CANADIAN FUNDS
- FAIR EXCHANGE PAID ON U.S. FUNDS
