COTTAGE: $200.00 non-refundable deposit per week required to reserve. Entire rental fee must be paid in full in addition to deposit 2 weeks prior to arrival.
2 Bedroom with Florida room and double pull-out sofa. Main bedroom has queen size bed and second bedroom has bunks with single upper and double lower. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. Separate kitchen has new fridge and stove, microwave, coffeemaker (filters supplied) TV and DVD. Flush toilet, shower and sink. Electric heat throughout. Fire pit, picnic table and BBQ. You must supply your own pillows and linens.
